behavior, storytelling, trends, and market dynamics… this role is
calling your name. What You'll Need: An interest in business
strategy, market research, or consumer insights A love for
organizing information and drawing meaningful conclusions Strong
written and verbal communication skills Curiosity, critical
thinking, and a willingness to ask "why?" and "what if?" Comfort
working with multiple teams and gathering input from different
perspectives A growth mindset and openness to feedback Enthusiasm
for learning how AI can support research and strategic thinking (no
experience required!) What You'll Do: You'll support our Business
Strategy team as they uncover opportunities, build insights, and
guide strategic thinking for client programs. Expect to: Research
target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes
Support team members in developing strategic insights for client
programs Help summarize findings in clear, compelling ways for
internal teams and clients Assist with discovery sessions,
strategic planning, and annual planning prep Collaborate with
cross-functional teams (Creative, Media, Analytics, etc.) to
translate insights into direction Learn how strategy connects to
marketing plans, campaigns, content, and creative decisions Explore
how AI tools can support research, synthesis, and early-stage
ideation You'll contribute to real client work, learning how
strategy drives everything that comes next. *This role is a hybrid
role based out of our San Diego office, with at least 2-3 days in

This range may differ based on your geographic location, cost of
living considerations, and individual experience and skill set.
