A leading San Diego Based Professional Services Firm is looking for a Financial Pricing Manager to join it's growing department and lead a team of three analysts. This is a high visibility position reporting to the VP Finance and supports competitive pricing for Fortune 100 clients including Amazon and Home Depot. Pay for this position will range from 130-150k+ benefits and bonus potential. Role Overview: As a Financial Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing a team of three analysts. Your primary responsibility will be analyzing bids on servicing 500 new target stores, which involves pulling historical data, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and analyzing industry metrics. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments, including sales, operations, finance, and IT, to develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies that maximize profit and drive business growth. This role offers high visibility and exposure within the company, as well as the opportunity to build pricing models, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and lead a team of pricing analysts. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze bids on servicing 500 new target stores, utilizing historical data and industry metrics
• Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and IT teams to develop dynamic pricing strategies
• Develop pricing models and set KPIs to monitor and optimize pricing performance
• Oversee and develop a team of pricing analysts
• Communicate extensively with stakeholders throughout the organization
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations departments to share best practices and drive efficiency
