Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to manage all accounting
functions related to its US operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all US accounting functions, including accounts payable,
invoicing, month-end close, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and manage the annual financial
statement audit
Lead worldwide consolidations and develop process improvements for
accounting operations
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3
years in a controller or similar leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA
preferred
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
requirements
Experience managing financial statement audits and working with
external auditors
Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems;
experience with ERP implementation highly preferred
