However, candidates must live within Orange County, CA for occasional client visits. Guide and train audit staff on technical areas. Prepare and review clear, accurate workpapers and financial statements. Identify ways to improve audit processes using tech tools and updated methods. Oversee all engagement phases, including reporting and wrap-up. Support business development through networking and relationship-building. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. Experience working with commercial clients (e.g. Automotive, Healthcare, Manufacturing & Distribution, Construction, Professional Services, Real Estate, etc.) CPA license (active or in progress). 2–4 years of recent public accounting experience. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Client-oriented with excellent communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; audit software experience preferred. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Willingness to visit clients onsite as needed (a few times per month). Interested in hearing more?
