Details Key Responsibilities and Duties Manage and litigate complex
civil matters with a focus on policyholder-side insurance coverage
disputes Draft pleadings, briefs, discovery, and client
communications Analyze and litigate claims involving CGL, D&O,
E&O, BI, and Umbrella policies Work on matters involving public
entities, corporations, and high-net-worth clients Navigate and
litigate across multiple California and Federal courts Conduct
legal research and formulate case strategy Collaborate with a
high-performing team on a broad range of litigation and appellate
matters Qualifications J.D. and licensed to practice in California
Minimum 5 years of experience, with a focus on policyholder-side
insurance coverage litigation Experience with CGL, D&O,
E&O, Umbrella, and BI policies Proven ability to manage full
litigation cycles in state and federal courts Familiarity with
multiple court systems and coverage litigation strategies
