Job Description:
Chris Dolkas State Farm Agency, located in the heart of San
Clemente, CA, is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Insurance Account
Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented
and service-driven professional fluent in English and another
language, tasked with managing client accounts, assisting with
insurance claims, and providing exceptional customer service. The
successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our
commitment to helping community members navigate the complex world
of insurance with tailored solutions. Manage and oversee the
insurance portfolios of clients, ensuring personalized and
comprehensive service. Process insurance claims and communicate
effectively with clients about their inquiries and claims status.
Develop new business by upselling and cross-selling insurance
products based on client needs. Maintain detailed records of client
interactions and transactions. Provide bilingual customer support,
translating insurance documents and communicating client needs
across language barriers. Proficiency in both English and another
language, fluency in Spanish preferred. Strong understanding of
insurance policies, terms, and principles. Excellent interpersonal
and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts with
attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other
business management software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Possession of or ability to obtain a valid
Property and Casualty Insurance License within the first 90 days of
employment.
