Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and compassionate Patient Service
Representative (PSR) to join our outpatient clinic team. The PSR
serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a vital
role in delivering a seamless and positive patient experience both
in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate will be
experienced in medical office procedures, insurance verification,
and appointment scheduling using Epic. Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in an outpatient clinic or
medical office setting Working knowledge of medical insurance
plans, referral processes, and benefits verification Proficiency in
using Epic Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of recent experience
as a Patient Service Representative Understanding of medical
terminology Bilingual (preferred but not required)
