Position Title: Resolutions Services Coordinator Company
Description: NAMI San Diego & Imperial Counties (National Alliance
on Mental Illness) is a nonprofit organization that provides free
education, support services, and advocacy to improve the quality of
life of everyone affected by mental health conditions. Primary
Responsibilities/Function: The Resolutions Services Coordinator
oversees the Ryan White Program contracts and will work closely
with partnering off-site Case Managers, ensuring compliance with
all contractual and eligibility requirements. This role primarily
manages a monthly rental subsidy program working to verify client
eligibility, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure
information remains current. This position will also assist in the
reviewing and approving process for financials assistance requests
in accordance with contract guidelines, monitors client
expenditures and service utilization, and tracks funding limits
using Excel and other reporting tools. In collaboration with the
Program Manager, this position ensures billing, data entry, and
reporting are accurate, timely and compliant with Ryan White
standards while providing ongoing guidance and support to internal
and external team members. Duties and Responsibilities: Process and
approve service requests by verifying client eligibility, obtaining
necessary follow-up information, and completing required
documentation. Monitor and track client expenses within the Ryan
White programs to ensure compliance with funding limits and program
guidelines. Maintain prompt, clear and effective communication with
case managers across partnering locations. Process client
applications for housing subsidy program in coordination with case
managers. Review documentation for completeness and accuracy,
including verification of property ownership and alignment with
rent documentation. Provide program referrals and engage in care
coordination. Track and monitor step-down plans to promote
long-term housing stabilization for clients. Review internal
databases and spreadsheets to confirm eligibility, prior
assistance, and compliance with program limitations. Maintain
accurate and timely data entry in internal systems and the HCC
database. Monitor monthly budget allocations to ensure program
spending remains within approved limits; notify case managers when
funding is low. Prepare and submit check requests in accordance
with established daily deadlines. Conduct periodic trainings for
case managers and participate in any other required meetings.
Prepare reports and provide requested information to the Program
Manager or Director. Assists with internal and external program
audits. Provide support to other areas of NAMI SD/IC as needed.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must
be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times. Operate office equipment
and computers with ease. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma
or equivalent required. Degree in behavioral health, social
services, business, or accounting is preferred; equivalent
professional experience will also be considered Reliable and
consistent transportation. Able to communicate effectively,
verbally and in writing. Proficiency with computer software
(Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel) and web navigation.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality. Values continuous

workplace. Prior experience in determining eligibility for housing
assistance programs such as housing opportunity vouchers, partial
rental subsidies, rapid rehousing services, housing navigation
Reliable and consistent attendance. Lived experience in being
unhoused or having a serious mental illness (SMI) or substance use
disorder (SUD) is preferred. Due to our work with vulnerable
populations and county contractor requirements, applicants will be
