Job Description:
A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to drive its
growth engine from initial contact to qualified pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for top-of-funnel growth, increasing
awareness and qualified pipeline
Refine brand positioning and messaging based on customer feedback
and market insights
Lead content strategy and manage a content calendar across various
formats and channels
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing or growth, preferably in a
fast-paced SaaS startup
Understanding of the data landscape, including data warehouses and
business intelligence tools
Ability to create and execute a comprehensive 12-month growth plan
independently
Experience in engaging and converting both technical and business
audiences
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, and Google Analytics
is a plus
