This is a key leadership role responsible for managing crews, coordinating schedules, ensuring materials and equipment are staged correctly, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and communication across all installs. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all installation personnel Schedule and dispatch installation crews efficiently Coordinate purchasing, delivery, and staging of equipment and materials Conduct on-site visits to provide guidance, instruction, and quality control Develop, implement, and maintain installation operating procedures Host weekly meetings to promote open communication and reinforce company goals, policies, and safety standards Ensure installation vehicles are properly stocked, maintained, and clean Onboard and train new installers and apprentices Participate in hiring decisions and conduct regular performance evaluations About AirTech HVAC AirTech HVAC is a second-generation, family-owned heating and air conditioning company proudly serving the San Gabriel Valley and surrounding areas since 1988 .
