Job Description:
This candidate will be familiar with CRM concepts. -Will be
providing -support to 1CRM in addition to other Portage products. -
Candidate should be familiar with Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP
technologies. Candidate should be familiar with using ssh to remote
in to clients' servers - as they will often use that to diagnose
issues. Email support experience would also be required. -This is
-primarily a level 1 support position. The CRM knowledge, -patience
and personality are going to be key. Candidate will be required to
help clients with the following: set up email reset access
passwords import CSV files for clients diagnose common finger
troubles and provide support for issues/questions related to client
lack of system knowledgeJob Requirements:Computer Science or
related background and customer service experience / client facing
experience. - An asset would be experience with a helpdesk product
and/or PHP experience. -
