Job Description:

RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is currently teaming with an INNOVATIVE, exciting, and stable planning and project management company to assist them in adding a dynamic Project Engineer to their well-rounded team! This Project Engineer will report to the Project Manager and Program Manager and work as part of the project management team, helping to facilitate the capital design and construction projects from pre-design to close-out on a $200M program! This Project Engineer will interface with clients, contractors, and trades, record, maintain and route files and related records, and be part of the contractor pre-qualification, bid and award processes.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and thrive working as part of a tight-knit team. This Project Engineer will help to track the project budget, assist to keep tasks/trades on schedule, and serve as a pivotal member of this Program, handling RFIs, submittals and change orders. The ideal Project Engineer will have at least 3 years of experience working on commercial construction projects, ideally touching a couple educational or healthcare projects. He/she must have the ability to collaborate with a variety of personnel, operate with a keen attention to detail, and keep workflow moving efficiently.

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Manager, Business, Architecture, Engineering or a related field from a four-year college or university.
• 3 years of related construction experience.
• Proficiency working in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; experience in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 (preferred).
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to be proactive and have a self-starter mentality.
