A company is looking for an AI/RAG engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Build AI search agents and end-to-end RAG pipelines
Operate and monitor vector/hybrid indexes in production
environments
Automate evaluation processes and orchestrate external tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine
Learning, or related field
3+ years of experience in developing AI systems focused on
retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
Proven track record in building and optimizing end-to-end RAG
pipelines
Experience with AI search agent development using relevant
frameworks
Hands-on experience with OpenSearch or similar vector search
technologies
