Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer - Post Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Account Managers to drive renewals and expansion
opportunities
Build and maintain strong technical partnerships with customers
through product demonstrations and communications
Influence product strategy and priorities based on customer
feedback to enhance adoption and retention
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a Solutions
Engineer, Sales Engineer, or equivalent
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud,
and Microsoft Azure
Strong project management skills in a startup environment
Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations is a
plus
Ideally has prior B2B SaaS experience
