    The PositionWe're looking for a General Manager. The pay range we're offering starts at $62,500 annual salary, plus sales/club profit based bonus potential capped at no lessthan $1,000 per month

      Requirements
      • 
        
      • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Sports Science, or other related field
        
      • 3-5 years experience in sales and management
        
      • CPR/AED Certification
        Responsibilities
        • 
          
        • You are responsible for the growth and profitability of your club. This happens through increasing club revenue, managing costs, and creating a culture and environment that keeps members and clients coming back again and again.
          
        • Develop teams that can sell memberships and PT, train your staff to deliver incredible customer service, and make your club the cleanest and friendliest place to work out!
          
        • As the GM you will never be bored! You get to run all aspects of the club including; new member sales production and front desk staff, facilities and operations, member management, and both the personal training and group fitness departments.
          
        • Make your club a place your community is proud to workout by ensuring the members receive the highest quality of service and facilities.

          • Establishing a culture of positivity, hard work, and integrity
            
          • Achieving the financial targets for the club by motivating, leading, supervising and coordinating the activities of employees engaged in servicing our member needs
            
            
            Organizational Structure
            • 
              
            • You report to the District General Manager as well as the CEO
              
            • In club management may include an Assistant General Manager and/or Personal Training Manager who both report to you
              
            • You will also coordinate with the Regional Group Fitness manager as well as Regional Maintenance Manager
              The LocationSIR Fitness is based in Southern California and franchise locations include Crunch Garden Grove, Crunch Huntington Beach, Crunch Fountain Valley, Crunch Tustin, Crunch San Clemente, Crunch Vista, Crunch Carmel Valley, Crunch Eastlake, Crunch Oceanside, and Crunch University Square. Our clubs are filled with the best strength and cardio equipment in the industry, including a functional training zone with turf, olympic lifting platforms, group fitness studio, and tons of machines and free weights. We're also proud to offer a Relax and Recover zone with hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and lounge. Some clubs also feature state of the art cycle studios, 3D body scanner and sauna. Our gyms also offer personal training and nutrition coaching, group fitness classes, and HIIT Zone classes.
