Job Description:

A company is looking for a Services Solution Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:

Create professional services offers that drive customer outcomes for the company's AIOps SaaS platform
Build relationships with field sales teams, scope services engagements, and write proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) to increase bookings
Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services teams to identify, scope, price, propose, negotiate and close professional services engagements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
Experience in the IT industry in a services sales or business development role, solutions architect, engagement manager, or delivery manager
Understanding of technology services in enabling customers to realize business value from a technology investment
Ability to scope professional services engagements and create SOWs and proposals
Ability to proactively sell professional services, negotiate contracts and close deals
