Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Marketing to
lead the company's Marketing Department, strategy, and
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Marketing Department, including recruitment,
training, and performance evaluation
Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies to drive
customer acquisition and retention
Oversee performance marketing, lifecycle and retention marketing,
and product marketing functions
Required Qualifications:
12+ years of management experience in direct-to-consumer or
subscription-based e-commerce businesses
Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth through
marketing and growth strategies
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and
platforms
Experience running or overseeing performance marketing, lifecycle
and retention marketing, and product marketing programs
Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
