Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead Project Manager for their
Professional Services department.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of 3-5 direct
reports
Monitor project progress and proactively implement strategies to
ensure projects stay on track
Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders and assist
in the creation of new processes to improve workflow
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent
experience
5+ years of program or project management experience, including
direct client interaction
Certification(s) in project management preferred
Proven track record in managing multiple large-scale projects
Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring team members
