A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Business Oversight
Manager in CRA/Community Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on program strategy for community development activities
Provide expertise on the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and its
regulations
Lead the development and implementation of Compliance programs
Required Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience in a CRA compliance role
Knowledge of CRA software preferred
Relevant professional designations and/or certifications
Advanced knowledge of compliance advisory standards, procedures,
laws, rules, and regulations
Ability to analyze, prioritize work, and make sound decisions
