Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Manager for their
financial aid department.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a remote team of international contractors,
providing guidance and support for high-quality customer
service
Develop expertise in financial aid and scholarship processes to
assist students in obtaining college funding
Drive innovation within the team, improving workflows and enhancing
student support
Qualifications:
Experience managing large teams and maintaining quality while
scaling
Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and make
data-driven decisions
Strong process development and optimization skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in customer service or student support roles
preferred
