Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact for Key Business Partner Account
Management Teams
Provide personalized client and broker experience, assisting with
day-to-day requests and service escalations
Collaborate with internal departments, generate reports, and
provide general guidance on compliance matters
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of Group Health Insurance/Benefits experience
1-3 years in an Account Management or client-facing role
preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Producer's license preferred
