Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to lead
financial reporting and compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and review of financial statements in
accordance with GAAP
Collaborate on SEC filings and ensure compliance with public
company reporting requirements
Manage a team of accounting professionals and develop internal
controls for regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
7+ years of accounting experience, with 3+ years in a leadership
role
Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance
Experience with financial statement preparation and technical
accounting issues
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA
required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
