Job Description:
A company is looking for a Utilization Management Assistant to
provide administrative and operational support in healthcare
settings.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with nursing staff on appeal follow-ups and communicate
with insurance companies
Provide broad-scale administrative support, including document
preparation and maintaining databases
Develop and implement administrative and operational protocols for
the department
Required Qualifications
Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent
3-4 years of previous healthcare experience
Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
Proficiency in Excel, Word, One-Note, and Outlook
