A company is looking for a Vice President of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with the
organization's vision and strategic goals
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across various channels and
ensure compliance with brand standards
Oversee creative direction and manage external agencies to align
marketing efforts with the organization's mission
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or a
related field
Experience working with and marketing to diverse communities,
preferably within a Community Development Financial Institution
Strong understanding of marketing data analytics and tools
7+ years of experience in brand development and creative
oversight
3+ years of experience in developing and mentoring a marketing
team
