A company is looking for an AI Operations Director to lead LLM
and Gen AI data projects for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM data projects, from scoping
to execution and delivery
Oversee project milestones, ensuring timelines and quality targets
are met
Build, mentor, and lead operations teams while fostering a culture
of excellence and innovation
Qualifications
7-10 years of experience managing complex operations projects in
client-facing roles
Experience managing and building teams
Strong understanding of large language models and AI
technologies
Strategic management consulting experience
Coding experience in one or more languages is desirable
