Job Description:
A company is looking for an Incident Manager to oversee incident
response and improve operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead incident response for major and minor incidents, ensuring
swift detection and resolution
Ensure clear communication with stakeholders throughout the
incident lifecycle
Drive root cause analysis and optimize incident management
processes for efficiency
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Incident and Problem Management in a
corporate environment
Availability to work a shift from 11 pm to 7 am Mountain Time,
including weekends and holidays
Prior experience in a SaaS environment; AWS experience is
preferred
Hands-on experience with incident management tools like PagerDuty,
Datadog, and Jira
Familiarity with Microsoft products and understanding of server
environments
