Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success - C&E - Account
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client accounts and the full product lifecycle, ensuring
optimal service delivery and customer engagement
Develop strong relationships with clients to maximize satisfaction
and revenue while adhering to contractual obligations
Identify opportunities for product upselling and resolve customer
issues, providing technical support as needed
Required Qualifications
Preferred college degree in business, communications, or related
field; high school diploma with relevant experience considered
Prior experience in a customer-facing or relationship management
role
Experience with technology/web-based software and proficiency in
Microsoft Suite
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and WebEx is beneficial
Knowledge of commercial real estate or lender market is desired
