Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement the Global Partner Program aligned
with company objectives
Establish key performance metrics to track program effectiveness
and drive improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally to create seamless partner
experiences and oversee partner enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in partner program management, channel
development, or strategic alliances in the technology sector
Proven track record of developing and scaling global partner
programs
Strong understanding of SaaS, open-source technologies, and
enterprise software ecosystems
Experience working with cloud providers, system integrators,
resellers, and ISVs
Strong leadership and team management experience
