A company is looking for a Chapter Organizing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement campaign strategies for priority programs and
projects
Recruit, manage, and train volunteers, fostering a proactive
volunteer culture
Advocate for the organization's position on proposed legislation
and represent the organization to various stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Demonstrated experience in policy advocacy and lobbying
Experience with grassroots organizing and coalition building
Proven managerial skills, including mentoring and supporting
staff
Strong project management experience from conception through
implementation
Understanding of operationalizing equity in organizational
practices
