A company is looking for an IT Technical Customer Success
Manager - Fully Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients,
ensuring satisfaction and success
Understand clients' business objectives and provide expert guidance
to maximize service value
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding
and ongoing support for clients
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in a customer success or account management
role, preferably in the IT industry
Strong technical background with an understanding of IT
infrastructure, networks, and systems
Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering
exceptional customer service
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent organizational
and time management skills
