A company is looking for a Disability Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct phone interviews to gather information for Social Security
Disability case screenings and applications
Review documentation and assess client eligibility for Social
Security Disability benefits while maintaining communication
Coordinate with clients, medical sources, and the Social Security
Administration to ensure timely filing of paperwork
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's/Bachelor's Degree
preferred
3+ years of experience in Case Management or Customer Services
related to Social Security Administration disability
Ability to manage a caseload and organize work efficiently
Remote positions require a home internet connection that meets
specified criteria
Willingness to work as part of a team
