Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Manager to oversee help
desk operations and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise help desk operations and provide guidance to staff
Provide advanced troubleshooting support and ensure timely
resolution of issues
Maintain accurate records of help desk activities and monitor
performance for improvements
Required Qualifications
Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET
Clearance
5+ years of relevant experience in computer hardware and software
systems
Proven experience in managing help desk operations and supervising
staff
Advanced troubleshooting skills with computer systems and
networks
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science,
Information Technology, Engineering)
