Job Description:
A company is looking for a Services Manager to oversee client
relationships and project management in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and project quality during and after
implementation
Oversee resource scheduling and staff development within the
department
Facilitate communication between clients and team members to
resolve issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of project management experience
Demonstrated leadership skills and previous supervisory
experience
Understanding of system implementation processes and network
infrastructure
Familiarity with Linux, telephony hardware, Microsoft Visio, and
Microsoft Project
