Job Description:
A company is looking for an Adult Day Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises assistance to individuals served, promoting their
overall well-being and rights
Ensures the development and implementation of activity schedules
and compliance with service plans
Monitors staff documentation and operational budgets, ensuring
appropriate staffing and safety compliance
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in Business, Health Care Administration, Social Science, or
equivalent work experience (3 years)
One year of supervisory experience is required
Preferred experience in providing services to individuals with
developmental disabilities
Experience in managing systems, processes, and personnel
Must meet pre-employment agency requirements as per regulations
