Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Advisory Manager
(Debit/Prepaid).
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor the Compliance Management Program for debit
and prepaid card products
Ensure compliance with regulations and policies, conducting audits
and investigating potential violations
Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures while
collaborating with internal departments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
and certifications
3-5+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or audit roles within
financial services or the payments industry
Knowledge of Regulation E, Prepaid rules, and UDAAP
Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office
Suite
CRCM or other relevant certifications are a plus
