Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager -
Self-Service Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with product engineering and marketing to create projects
that enhance consumption growth and customer retention
Design incentive structures and targets for the Self-Service Cloud
business
Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for
efficiency improvements
Required Qualifications
BS/BA or equivalent experience required
7+ years of experience in Sales or Field Operations, Strategy,
FP&A, or Management Consulting within SaaS organizations
Proven ability to structure complex problems and develop actionable
solutions
Experience with Salesforce.com and proficiency in MS Office,
particularly Excel and PowerPoint
SQL experience is required; familiarity with Elasticsearch or
Kibana is a plus
