Details Position Summary: The Hotel Director of Operations plays a
key leadership role in executing the organization’s strategic
direction across a diverse portfolio of branded properties. This
position focuses on uncovering operational inefficiencies,
optimizing systems, and driving improvements in guest experiences,
employee engagement, and financial outcomes. Primary
Responsibilities: Manage daily functions across multiple locations,
recognizing challenges and implementing tailored solutions to
enhance consistency, service quality, and overall efficiency. Track
and analyze core metrics, including guest feedback scores, quality
benchmarks, team satisfaction indicators, RevPAR, revenue trends,
and profitability margins. Partner with departments such as
Revenue, Marketing, Accounting, and HR to align initiatives,
encourage synergy, and maximize collective success. Lead leadership
development sessions and organize monthly General Manager forums to
ensure alignment with overarching business objectives and
best-in-class practices. Guide, mentor, and support General
Managers along with hotel personnel, fostering a culture of
accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence in guest
services and operational execution. Temporarily assume operational
leadership when necessary and spearhead priority initiatives that
contribute to the company’s advancement and expansion. Ideal
Candidate Profile: Demonstrated success in senior hospitality
leadership roles, particularly within multi-property environments.
Proven ability to influence critical performance drivers such as
quality scores, revenue per room, guest feedback, and workforce
engagement. Skilled at empowering teams, delivering constructive
feedback, and nurturing talent to meet and surpass expectations.
Operational Knowledge: Thorough understanding of hotel systems and
workflows, with a focus on enhancing performance and profitability.
