The ideal candidate is both a proven team player and comfortable working independently, and is dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate, comprehensive breast care to the local community.The Mammography Tech is -responsible for providing age specific care, education and imaging procedures in conjunction with other members of the defined health care team. Adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements; participates in QC and PI activities; maintains own clinical competency and mandatory requirements.This is a full-time (80 hours per pay period) position, working primarily Monday through Friday at our Scripps Clinic in Oceanside. - -New Hire Incentive available up to $8,000 for those who qualify.The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:

• Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years agoIn order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following -criteria must be met:
  • Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer -letter)
  • Must remain in original department/specialty
  • Must remain in original Job Title
  • Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and -may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted -in your offer letter.Required Qualifications:
    • CRT
    • RTM
    • BLS
    • Excellent interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:
      • 1-2 years' experience.
      • Knowledge of patient-focused care delivery.
