Job Description:
We are looking to hire a dynamic and passionate mental health
clinician who is client centered, community focused and is a

to build self-reliance among youth, adults, and families. Position
Summary The Clinician provides individual and family therapy and
case management to youth ages 5-20 and their families. Our families
are referred by the child's school, or are self-referred, and
services are provided both in the schools and at the North County
Lifeline Clinic. Our clinicians use a wide variety of counseling
modalities and work in a culturally sensitive manner within a
13-session model. The position is supervised by the Clinical
Supervisor, and clinicians can receive supervision hours towards
BBS licensure. Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

live better lives! Required Education and Experience Masters Degree
in counseling, social work or related field, and BBS-registered IMF
or ACSW required. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Bilingual
pay available. Able to make sound clinical decisions independently,
apply clinical judgment, and perform all other aspects of quality
clinical work. Must be able to handle stressful and crisis
situations tactfully and appropriately, and to seek supervision
when necessary. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Possesses advanced knowledge that is primarily intellectual in
character and includes exercising discretion and independent
judgment Establish and maintains effective working relationships
while showing open mindedness and a collaborative spirit.

Demonstrates enthusiasm and passion for their work. Utilizes a

and demonstrate appropriate initiative. Must demonstrate knowledge
of trauma Informed, client driven, and culturally competent care.
Other Requirements Reliable transportation.Must have a California
driver license and good driving record. Willing to use own,
properly insured, reliable vehicle for the job (mileage
reimbursed). Employment subject to clearances, including background
finger printing checks, driving record, tuberculosis testing, and
drug testing. Specific Activities Conducts Behavioral Health
Assessments Develops and implements Treatment Plans Provides
individual, family and group counseling Provides case coordination
with other professionals including psychiatrists, primary care
physicians, psychologists, IEP coordinators, schools, social
workers, etc. Provides crisis management consultation and
education. Meets productivity and caseload standards dictated by
the contract Participates in multi-disciplinary team meetings to
develop appropriate intervention and support the delivery of
behavioral health and support services. Participates in individual
weekly supervision. Participates in quality assurance review boards
and maintain county documentation standards. Completes other duties

Work Schedule AWW- work schedule 40 hours a week (Monday- Thursday)
Times may vary per individual client needs (will include day time
