Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Advocate in Healthcare
Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and document data on recently discharged patients for
initial assessment calls with Nurse Coaches
Provide non-clinical outreach to patients to ensure successful
recovery at home
Participate in performance and process improvement activities
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year medical terminology or medical services
experience
Minimum of two years insurance, quality improvement, or healthcare
operations experience
Proficient in basic spreadsheet, word processing, and data entry
skills
Experience in a call center environment preferred
