Job Description:
A company is looking for a Physician for remote continuity care
in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage
calls, video visit appointments, and message-based care
Manage patients with a broad array of patient needs virtually;
conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
Adopt standard work and clinical protocols for evidence-based
clinical care
Qualifications:
Completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
program
Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in a primary care or
virtual primary care setting
Experience with virtual care and/or virtual primary care
preferred
Board certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible
with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your
start date
Minimum of 25 state licenses, and willingness to obtain and
maintain additional licenses with the support of the Credentials
Team
