Job Description:
A healthtech company is looking for a Therapist Support
Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Tier 3 support agents and facilitate a
well-functioning Therapist Support team
Analyze trends in agent quality and customer satisfaction and drive
initiatives to improve therapist support functions
Partner with cross-functional teams to support initiatives and
product launches
Required Qualifications:
3+ years in a people management role leading Support teams
5+ years of experience in Support roles
Customer service experience with a customer-centric mindset
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and tools that enable support teams
to be successful
Experience with process mapping, performance metrics, and process
optimization methodologies
