As a Medical Assistant, you will be cross-trained and responsible for performing routine and basic front and back-office duties. These duties will include answering phones, data entry, assisting in the examination process of patients, interviewing patients, measuring vital signs and recording information on patients' charts, drawing and collecting blood samples and/or urine samples from patients, preparing specimens for laboratory analysis, and conducting a variety of diagnostic tests. You must have:

• One of the following: Medical Assistant, RN, LVN, LPN Diploma or EMT Certification or experience as a Military Medic or Hospital Corpsman.
• At least 1-3 years of medical assistant experience. (open to all levels of experience)
• Experience in Occupational Medicine clinic, General Medical, Internal Medicine work environment preferred.
• A valid CPR/ BLS certification
• A medical clearance that consists of passing an N95 respirator fit test, pass a Tuberculosis/TB test and receive a Hepatitis A/B vaccine series or pass a Hepatitis A/B Titer test. What to expect:
  • Initial training is 3 weeks long- possible
  • Position is located ONSITE at our clinic in Oceanside, CA clinic Pay and Benefits: Hourly Rate: Based on years of experience, education and location PLUS quarterly bonus potential!. The hourly ranges for each level are as follows: Level 2 - 1- 3 years of experience: $20.73-$22.91 Level 3 - 3-5 years of experience: $23.49-$25.97 Level 4 - 5-10 years of experience: $25.85- $28.57 The QTC Management pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
