Job Description:
A company is looking for a Hospital Scheduler responsible for
supporting the Preadmission and Surgery departments.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, assemble, check, and deliver patient charts for surgeries
or procedures
Schedule Preadmission appointments and check in patients upon
arrival
Perform clerical duties related to patient charts and record
keeping
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
At least 1 year of related experience in healthcare is strongly
preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and surgical procedures
Accurate and efficient data entry skills
Able to multi-task between computer programs and information
systems effectively
