Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Medical Denials Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage appeals and denials staff to ensure proper reimbursement and
maximize cash flow
Monitor collection of appealed accounts and identify trends in
denials to prevent losses
Collaborate with other department managers to identify training
needs and ensure employee productivity meets standards
Required Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's Degree required
Master's Degree preferred
3-6 years of previous experience in healthcare business office
practices required
2-4 years of supervisory experience required
