Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nursing Professional Development
Specialist - Medical Surgical.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and standardize nursing education and professional
development programs across assigned facilities and service
lines
Collaborate with nursing leaders and stakeholders to ensure
effective implementation of educational initiatives and competency
assessments
Utilize data to monitor and report on program performance and
advocate for necessary resources for clinical education
Required Qualifications
Graduate Degree (Masters) in Nursing or a related field
Registered Nurse licensure required; Nurse leader and/or
professional development certification preferred
A minimum of 5 years of related experience, including 2 years in a
leadership role
Experience with Magnet and/or Pathways to Excellence recognition
programs is preferred
Expert writing and editing skills
