Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Information Specialist to work
remotely in the human healthcare field.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and document adverse events and product safety inquiries via
telephone and email
Triage cases and provide health, safety, and technical product
information to consumers and healthcare professionals
Escalate cases to trained medical professionals as needed and
manage exposure cases for household and industrial products
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Current LPN, EMT, CMA/RMA, or CPhT certification
1+ years of recent work experience in a relevant field
1+ years of customer service experience preferred
Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
Commitment to 5.2 weeks of full-time paid remote training
