Growth Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking a highly
motivated and experienced Permanent Operations Manager to join our
dynamic healthcare operations team. This is an exceptional
opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant
impact by transforming and streamlining our operations to improve
efficiency, enhance patient care, and support our mission to
provide high-quality healthcare services. The successful candidate
will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and
implementing strategic plans, and ensuring that our services meet
the needs of the patients and communities we serve. Must be
Bilingual in English & Spanish Responsibilities: As the Operations
Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Overseeing
daily operations, including billing, payroll, and case management
to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Developing and
implementing strategic plans in line with our organizational goals
and objectives. 3. Leading and managing respite service programs,
ensuring that they meet the needs of patients and their families.
4. Driving change management initiatives to improve processes,
enhance service delivery, and foster a culture of continuous
improvement. 5. Developing and delivering training programs to
enhance staff skills, knowledge, and performance. 6. Engaging with
the community to build relationships, understand their healthcare
needs, and promote our services. 7. Solving operational problems
and challenges, developing solutions, and implementing corrective
actions. 8. Leading, managing, and developing a high-performing
team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages
collaboration and innovation. Qualifications: To be considered for
this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in
operations management, preferably in the healthcare/Respite
industry. 2. Proven experience in billing, payroll, and case
management. 3. Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with
the ability to develop and implement effective strategies. 4.
Experience in leading and managing respite service programs. 5.
Strong change management skills, with the ability to drive process
improvements and manage organizational change. 6. Experience in
developing and delivering effective training programs. 7. Strong
community engagement skills, with the ability to build
relationships and understand community needs. 8. Excellent
problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational
problems, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions. 9.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead, manage, and
develop a high-performing team. 10. A Bachelor's degree in
Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's degree will be an added advantage. If you are a
