Job Description HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel Hospital Pharmacist for a travel job in Whittier, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Hospital Pharmacist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 07/14/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Night Pharmacists Needed! 5 years experience & 1st time traveler accepted Certifications: ACLS, BLS, Board Certified*, PharmD Charting System: Allscripts Shift: 4x10's (2000-0630) Our designated week is Sunday to Sunday. Our start days for the 7 on/7 off is Thursday, so they work 3 days in one week and 4 days in the next week. Will be required to work Weekends and holidays IF the 7 days on/off fall on a holiday or weekend Skills Required: - Inpatient / Acute care - Anticoagulants - Cardiac dosing - Clinical dosing - Geriatric dosing - High risk medications - Pediatric dosing - Pharmacokinetic dosing - Psychotherapeutic Management - Renal dosing - Therapeutic med monitoring - Warfarin Dosing - Antibiotics - Compounding - IV Piggyback - IV push Medications - Pain Controlled Analgesia - Sterile Technique - Carousel System - Cardiovascular - Neurologic - Code Response Days for orientation then switch to nights for shifts ALL TIME OFF MUST BE PROVIDED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION!
