HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Urgent Care
for a travel nursing job in Oceanside, California. Job Description

Date: 11/24/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 30 hours per week - Shift:
8 hours, days, nights - Employment Type: Travel Unit Description –
Urgent Care (Oceanside) Unit: Urgent Care Patient Age Group:
Neonates through Adolescents Avg. Daily Census: 45–66 patients/day
Skills/Experience Required: - Minimum 1 year pediatric and
ED/triage experience (required for 1st-time travelers) - Able to
manage pediatric urgent care cases such as asthma, RSV, fever,
croup, lacerations, and orthopedic injuries - Must be proficient in
medication administration (IM/IV), splinting, wound care, lab
testing (strep, glucose, urine), and patient triage Certifications:
BLS (AHA), PALS System: Any charting system acceptable Shifts: -
Weekdays: 15:00–22:30 (8 hrs) - Weekends: 12:30–22:30 (10 hrs)
Schedule: Minimum 30 hrs/week (3 weekdays 1 weekend), one weekend
shift weekly; must work 2 of 3 major holidays (including eves).
Float: Rare float to sister sites (Mid City, Escondido, Chula
Vista) Orientation: 12 hours (non-billable) Scrubs: Any color
except black Parking: Free Vaccines: Flu required (no exemptions);
